ALLRed & Associates is a diversified engineering and product-development firm and a premier North American fabricator of high-performance composite shapes and structural components in carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) and other advanced composite materials.
We design, engineer, and manufacture everything from standard structural stock to complex custom assemblies, and we operate five brands under one roof: DragonPlate® (advanced composite shapes and structures), Element6 Composites® (design, engineering, and prototyping), Armadillo Tactical Gear™ (lightweight composite tactical gear), and Gemini™ Carving Duplicators and Gemini™ Musical (woodworking equipment and components for stringed instruments). Our greatest strength is solving difficult technical challenges—reflected in our motto, "Yes, we can do that."
What industries do you work with?
Our structural carbon fiber and advanced-composite products are used across a wide range of markets, including aerospace and aviation, defense, medical, industrial automation, agricultural equipment, safety, tactical gear, and musical instruments. We serve both commercial and government engineering organizations, and a significant portion of our work is custom-engineered to a customer's specific application.
Do you offer custom design and prototyping services?
Yes. Custom work is a core part of what we do. Through Element6 Composites® and DragonPlate® custom fabrication, our engineering team provides full design, analysis, prototyping, and production of advanced composite parts and structures. We have a long history of developing unique solutions to challenging engineering problems, and we work closely with each customer to clearly identify product needs and optimize the design and manufacturing approach to best support their goals.
What materials do you work with?
We specialize in advanced composite materials, primarily carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP), along with aramid (Kevlar®) and other high-performance reinforcements. Our products are engineered for high strength-to-weight performance and are designed to be practical to work with—many can be cut, drilled, and assembled with standard tools. All components are produced in our ISO 9001:2015-certified facility.
